Tuesday, June 7, 2011

Hollywood's hippest movie stars gathered in fabulous finery for the MTV Movie Awards 2011. From Selena Gomez to Emma Stone, check out this year's best and worst dressed!

Selena Gomez in Giambattista Valli
Selena Gomez looked prim and pretty in a cute pleated skirt and summery blouse by Giambattista Valli. She added major volume to her ‘do by pulling her hair into a half-up hairstyle with face-framing bangs. We love it!
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Dolce & Gabbana
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley showed her red carpet prowess in a Dolce & Gabbana tiger-print dress. The Transformers actress amped up the roaring look with Sergio Rossi's two-toned T-strap sandals, a matching box clutch and high-volume half-up hairstyle. A high drama look for a hot action star!

Kristen Stewart in Balmain
Kristen Stewart  was all smiles on the red carpet in a Balmain strapless dress with miles of safety pins. Never one to overdo her look, the Twilight darling styled her hair in soft long layers and opted for minimal makeup and jewelry. Louboutin's Pigalle pumps complete the look.

Hailee Steinfeld in Louis Vuitton
Hailee Steinfeld may be a new kid on the block, but she definitely knows how to stand out. For this year's MTV Movie Awards, the young actress got suited up in a Louis Vuitton tuxedo spiked with a striking green box clutch. Ripe red lipstick and nail polish gave her sharp look the kind of high drama we love.

Emma Watson in Marchesa
Emma Watson was a breath of fresh air on the MTV red carpet in a chic white sheath by Marchesa embellished with silver embroidery at the neckline and sleeves. Silver pumps and her now-signature cropped haircut completed Emma's darling look.

Brooklyn Decker in No21
Model Brooklyn Decker was all legs on the red carpet in a golden beaded dress by No21. She elongated her toned stems with platform pumps. What a vision!

Leighton Meester in Balmain
Leighton Meester is one style star who isn’t afraid of glitz. She gave the other girls a run for their money in a mirrored long-sleeve Balmain dress and silver strappy sandals. On-trend two-toned locks capped her winning look.

Emma Stone in Bottega Veneta
Always looking impeccable, Emma Stone switched up her blond mane for a ravishing red hue. She wore a black lace overlay on a yellow satin sarong knee-length dress that was cinched at the waist to accompany her newly dyed mane. Satin pumps and a Bottega Veneta clutch put the finishing touches on her stylish look.

Nikki Reed in Heather
Twilight's Nikki Reed was a total glamour girl in an elegant Heather gown. The actress showed off an equally stunning hairstyle with long curls that were softly swept over her shoulder. What a knockout!

Lil Mama in Sherri Hill
Singer Lil Mama brought a little edge to the red carpet in a bejeweled strapless corset dress by Sherri Hill paired with sky-high platform boots. Not one to rock the same hairstyle twice, she opted for a platinum blond bob and spiky baubles to complete her hard-hitting look.

Elle Fanning in Dolce & Gabbana
Elle Fanning looked too cute and ready for spring in a Dolce & Gabbana floral romper on the MTV red carpet. She accentuated her petite figure with a slim belt and genius D&G floral wedges. Fun and festive, perfect for the movie award fete!

Nina Dobrev in Georges Chakra
Nina Dobrev remixed her look with a sparkling bow adorned Georges Chakra cocktail dress. Nothing could have suited her look better than her silver peep toe pumps and side pinned curls. Glamour at its best!

Reese Witherspoon in Zac Posen
Reese Witherspoon not only accepted the MTV Generation Award, but she did it in complete style. She was classic Reese in a Zac Posen cheetah print frock with a sweetheart neckline and paired it with nude peep toe pumps.

Jessica Szohr in Alice + Olivia
Jessica Szohr was jumpin' at the MTV Movie Awards in a paisley black-and-white jumpsuit by Alice + Olivia. While jumpsuits are definitely trendy this season, but the actress did take a risk in the printed onesie. What do you think of this look?

Ashley Bell
Actress Ashley Bell was a delicate beauty in an embroidered knee-length cocktail dress. She styled her look with Giuseppe Zanotti satin ankle strap pumps and a loose updo pinned at the nape of her neck.

Terri Seymour
TV personality Terri Seymour was a shimmering sensation in a draped metallic silver dress that hugged her in all the right places. A sleek mane and Christian Louboutin Daffodile pumps finished off her gleaming look.

Holland Roden in Tony Ward Couture
Holland Roden got all glammed up for the MTV bash in a sequined mini dress with a dramatic train by Tony Ward Couture. The look may have been a little over-the-top for the event, but Holland certainly made a statement!

Alyson Michalka in Ramy Brook
Wowza! Alyson Michalka was a complete vision in a pleated peach Ramy Brook gown. Paired with a gold box clutch and matching strappy sandals, Alyson exuded sophisticated glamour!

Amanda Bynes in Herve Leger
Rocking the ubiquitous Herve Leger bandage dress, Amanda Bynes stormed the Movie Awards red carpet Christian Louboutin’s Change of the Guard sandals in a vibrant teal hue. Those heels are guaranteed to make an entrance, but what's up with the quilted black clutch? Give us some sparkle, Amanda!
