10. Chad Earl Schaffner is wanted in connection with a series of brazen bank robberies starting in May, 2009. Schaffner has been caught several times in surveillance footage walking into banks without a mask, pulling a gun and ordering everyone on the floor before walking away with the money.

  9. Sherry Halligan confessed to the murder of ex-boyfriend Dennis Campbell in 2003 the day after he was shot 5 times and bled to death on her floor. Halligan was released on bail and eventually fled. Her car was found at Midway International Airport in Chicago a few months later and she's been on the run ever since.

 

 8. Victor Manuel Gerena got involved with Puerto Rican independence group Los Macheteros in the early '80s and they convinced him to get a job as a Wells Fargo armored car guard. In 1983, Gerena handcuffed and injected two co-workers with an unknown sleeping substance and fled with $7,000,000 that was likely split between himself and Los Macheteros. Reward: $1,000,000

 

7. Alexis Flores is wanted in connection with the 2000 kidnapping and murder of a 5-year-old girl in Philadelphia. The girl was reported missing in late July and later found strangled to death in a nearby apartment. Reward: $100,000

 

6. Jorge 'Pepe' Alberto Lopez-Orozco is wanted for allegedly murdering his girlfriend, Becky Ramirez, and her 2 young sons in July 2002. Authorities believe he shot the 3 execution style before burning their bodies in Ramirez' car and fleeing with his wife and family. Reward $100,000

 

5. Glen Stewart Godwin  was convicted of murder in 1980 and sent to Folsom State Prison. He escaped from the prison in 1987 and went to Mexico, where he was caught just months later trafficking cocaine. He murdered a cell mate in Mexico and escaped Puente Grande Federal Prison and has been on the run ever since. Reward: $100,000

 

4. Robert William Fisher On April 10, 2001, firefighters pulled the bodies of Robert William Fisher's wife and 2 children from the burning wreckage he left of their Scottsdale, Ariz., home. They soon found that his wife had been shot in the back of the head and his children's throats had been slit. The FBI believes he's been on the run ever since. Reward: $100,000

 

3. Jason Derek Brown is wanted for a 2004 armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona, where he allegedly killed an armored car guard and fled with the money. He likes to party and show off with nice cars and boats. He speaks fluent French, and is possibly bisexual. Reward for information leading to his arrest: $100,000.

 

2. James 'Whitey' Bulger a.k.a. "Whitey" Bulger, is a notorious Boston criminal synonymous with the city's links to organized crime. He is wanted for drug crimes, extortion, racketeering and no less than 19 counts of murder. Reward: $2,000,000
